Li Song, Jason

Mr. Li joined BOCOM International in 2017 and is currently the deputy general manager of BOCOM International Science and Technology Innovation Private Fund Management (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., in charge of institutional business. Before joining the company, Mr. Li worked in Jiangsu Branch of Bank of Communications and GCL Financial Group (Holdings) Co., Ltd. Mr. Li has extensive experience in corporate financing, private equity fund management and institutional business development. Mr. Li holds a master's degree in engineering from Nanjing University of Science and Technology (NUST).

WANG Jingzi, Cecila

Ms. Wang joined BOCOM International (Shanghai) in 2016 and currently serves as the Director of institutional investor department of BOCOM International Science and Technology Innovation Private Fund Management (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., responsible for the initiation and establishment of domestic private equity funds and related institutional investor services, focusing on the Yangtze River Delta Regionally. She led and participated in the fundraising and establishment of BOCOM Science and Technology Fund(Shanghai) phase one, Nanjing Fund, and Hangzhou Fund. Before joining the company, Ms. Wang worked in the M&A transaction service department of Mizuho China Advisory. She has extensive experience in M&A consulting, and she led and participated in over 20 M&A transaction deals. Ms. Wang has over 15 years of experience in the financial industry, holds a degree of literature from Shanghai University of International Business and a degree in science from Oxford Brookes University, and also holds a FCCA and a CICPA qualifications.

Tao Yi

Ms. Tao joined BOCOM International (Shanghai) in 2016 and currently serves as the Director of institutional investor department of BOCOM International Science and Technology Innovation Private Fund Management (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.. Before joining the company, Ms. Tao worked in the investment banking department of Bank of Communications Shanghai Branch, and has 20 years of financial experience. Ms. Tao holds a bachelor's degree in investment finance.

SUN Nan

Ms. Sun joined BOCOM International (Shanghai) Equity Investment Management Co., Ltd. in 2018 and worked successively in the Equity Investment Department and Institutional Business Department. She is currently the associate of Institutional Business Department of BOCOM International Science and Technology Innovation Private Fund Management (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. During her tenure, she participated in the establishment of BOCOM International Shanghai Science and Technology Innovation series Fund and Dongfeng BOCOM Yuanjing Motor Fund, and continued to be responsible for project screening and investor relationship. She has extensive experience in corporate financing, private equity fund management and business development. Ms. Sun graduated from the University of Georgia in Management with majors in Information System, Finance and International Business.
