Pre-IPO financing: provides bridge loan or convertible bond financing to listing entity or controling shareholder for various financing needs such as asset acquisition, offshore structuring, restructuring etc.

M&A financing: proactively participate in major overseas M&A led by Chinese enterprises by providing financing in flexible and innovative structure.
