Global Strategic Emerging Markets Bond Fund (the "Sub-fund") is a direct investment fund investing primarily in fixed income securities in emerging markets.

- The Sub-fund is an investment fund. There is no guarantee of the repayment of principal. The Sub-fund focuses on fixed income securities. The market value of such securities may go down and therefore, your investment in the Sub-fund may suffer losses.
- The Sub-fund will mainly invest in emerging markets. Investing in the emerging markets exposes the Sub-fund to greater risk of loss than investing in more developed markets due to, among other factors, greater liquidity, volatility, economic, political, social, regulatory, taxation and currency risks.
- The Sub-fund may invest in securities which are below investment grade or which are unrated. Such securities would generally be considered to have higher credit risk and a greater possibility of default than more highly rated securities. If the issuer of such securities defaults, the Sub-fund may suffer substantial losses.
- The Sub-fund's investments may involve substantial credit/counterparty, downgrading, market, currency, volatility, liquidity, regulatory and political risks. Investors may suffer substantial loss of their investments in the Sub-fund.

- As the Sub-Fund invests substantially in securities issued in the PRC, it will be subject to risks inherent in the China market, economy, society, political and regulatory risks. The risks of volatility and liquidity investing in companies in PRC and the risks related to PRC tax regulations and any other changes in PRC regulations.
- The Sub-Fund invests substantially in securities issued in the PRC. This may lead to a higher volatility risk in the investment portfolio comparatively to a global portfolio.
- The Sub-Fund may invest in securities which may involve credit and default risks of the issuers. The Sub-Fund may invest in securities which are below investment grade or which are unrated. Such securities would generally be considered to have higher credit risk and a greater possibility of default than more highly rated securities. If the credit rating of the securities in the Sub-Fund is lowered, there is adverse effect to the value of the portfolio and investors may suffer substantial losses.
BOCOM International Money Market Fund (USD) (the "Sub-fund") is a direct investment fund investing primarily in Money Market.

- The Sub-fund is an investment fund. There is no guarantee of the repayment of principal.
- The Sub-Fund will invest in USD-denominated and non-USD-denominated short-term deposits, which are subject to the credit risks of the financial institutions that offer and act as counterparties of such deposits. As such deposits may not be protected or fully protected under any deposit protection schemes, a default by the relevant financial institution in respect of the Sub-Fund’s holdings in short-term deposits may result in losses to the Sub-Fund.
- Investing in the Fund is not equivalent to placing fund in a bank or deposit-taking institution. The Manager is not obliged to redeem units at the selling price, and this Fund is not supervised by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority. Investors may be subject to risks associated with debt securities (including credit risk, interest rate risk, investment grade bond risk, sovereign debt risk and valuation risk) and currencies.
- The fixed income and debt securities in which the Sub-Fund may invest are interest rate sensitive and subject to interest rate risk, which means that their value will fluctuate as interest rate fluctuate. In general, the prices of fixed income and debt securities rise when interest rates fall, whilst their prices fall when interest rates rise.
- The market value of the fixed income and debt securities held by the Sub-fund may go down as well as up and therefore, your investment in the Sub-fund may suffer losses.
- The Sub-Fund may be invested in part in assets quoted in currencies other than its base currency (i.e. US dollars). The net asset value of the Sub-Fund may therefore be affected unfavourably by fluctuations in the exchange rate between these currencies and the base currency and by changes in exchange rate controls.
