Client Complaint Handling Procedures
Under normal circumstances, an oral or written acknowledgement of a complaint would be issued to the complainant within three business days upon receipt of a complaint.
In general, if the complaint case (whether oral or written) cannot be solved within a reasonable time (i.e. 10 business days), our Company will arrange an oral or written provisional reply to the complainant. Unless otherwise stated by the client, if the investigation cannot be completed within 3 months, our Company will issue an interim reply to the complainant in every 3 months informing the complainant that the case is still under investigation.
