TIAN Runjuan, Victoria

Ms. Tian joined BOCOM International in 2008 and is currently the deputy general manager of BOCOM International Science and Technology Innovation Private Fund Management (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., in charge of equity investment business. Ms. Tian has successively engaged in industry research, US dollar based equity investment fund, Hong Kong IPO sponsorship and underwriting, and compliance risk control. Ms. Tian has over ten years of financial industry experience and holds a bachelor's degree from Tongji University and a master's degree from Nankai University.

SUN FEI

Mr. Sun joined BOCOM International (Shanghai) Equity Investment Management Co., Ltd. in 2017 as vice president in investment department, responsible for equity investment in technology projects. His investment portfolio include: Intellifusion, Z-Stack, Quicktron, Emotibot Technologies, Horizon Robotics, Freetech and Farasis Energy (SH.688567), etc. Before joining the company, Mr. Sun worked in the M&A transaction department of Deloitte advisory (SH) and audit department of KPMG (SH). He has extensive experience in M&A consulting, and he led and participated in over 20 M&A transaction deals. Mr. Sun has 10 years of experience in the financial industry, holds a MBA degree from Shanghai Jiaotong University, and also holds a CFA and a CPA qualifications.

LI PENG

Mr. Li joined BOCOM International (Shanghai) Equity Investment Management Co., Ltd. as an investment manager in 2019. Before joining the company, Mr. Li served as a senior auditor in the Audit Department of PricewaterhouseCoopers, responsible for A-share/US-share IPO audits and statutory audits of well-known domestic and foreign companies. Mr. Li has five years of experience in the financial industry, holds a master's degree in agriculture from Zhejiang University, and also holds a Chinese CPA certificate and a National Legal Professional Qualification certificate.

YANG ZHIJIE

Dr. Yang joined BOCOM International Science and Technology Innovation Private Fund Management (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. in 2021 as assistant vice president. Before joining the company, he worked in Guotai Junan Securities, responsible for advanced manufacturing industry research. He has two years of experience in the financial industry. He graduated from Tongji University with a PhD in Management.

ZHAO YAQI

Ms. Zhao joined BOCOM International (Shanghai) Equity Investment Management Co., Ltd. in 2020 as associate of investment department, responsible for equity investment in technology companies. Her investment portfolio includes: Quicktron, Emotibot Technoogies, Horizon Robotics, Freetech, etc. Before joining the company, she worked in Shanghai Huawei Technologies Co.,Ltd., as an algorithm engineer, and was responsible for 4G and 5G physical layer algorithm research and standard formulation for more than two years. She holds a master’s degree in communications engineering from Southeast University and an MBA degree from Shanghai Jiaotong University.

LING Yunzhi, Richard

Mr. Ling joined BOCOM International in 2020 as a private equity investor. He is responsible for deal sourcing, project execution, post-deal management and exit planning, covering the industries of corporate digital transformation, artificial intelligence, logistics technology, enterprise services, etc. Before joining the company, Mr. Ling served in PwC and KPMG, responsible for tax due diligence, M&A tax structure planning, corporate finance and financial advisory services. Mr. Ling obtained an MBA degree from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) in 2020, and bachelor’s degree in law from Fudan University in 2012. Mr. Ling holds a Chinese CPA and CFA certificates.
