BOCOM International Asset Management Limited (“BIAML” or “the Company”) is a wholly owned subsidiary of BOCOM International Holdings Company Limited (“Holdings Company”) engaged in asset management business. It was incorporated in Hong Kong since 2007.

BIAML (CE No: APH797) is licensed under Securities and Futures Ordinance issued by the Securities and Futures Commission in Hong Kong to carry out Type 1 (Dealing on Securities), Type 4 (Advising on Securities) and Type 9 (Asset Management) regulated activities.. Moreover, BIAML is qualified as RMB Qualified Foreign Institutional Investor (RQFII) and is eligible for dealing in bond trade through the Bond Connect; which helps offshore clients to diversify their investments onshore.

BOCOM International Equity Investment Management (Shenzhen) Company Limited (“BIEIMCL”) was established in 2016 and is wholly owned by BIAML. BIEIMCL is set up as a private equity business platform to facilitate Holdings Company to broaden its business opportunities in the Greater Bay Area. BIEIMCL is qualified as a Qualified Foreign Limited Partner (QFLP), Qualified Domestic Investment Enterprise (QDIE) as well as is qualified as fund manager of Private Securities Investment Funds with Asset Management Association of China. Those qualifications further facilitate onshore clients’ need in offshore investment as well as foreign partnership investments in Mainland China.
