In order to protect your privacy and asset, we advise you to remain vigilant and take the following precautions:

1. Do not reply any suspicious news or link. Please be noted that BOCOM International would not guide you to join group chats or recommend stocks via SMS message.
2. Make sure that APP are downloaded from our official website (https://www.bocomgroup.com/) or any official application store.
3. Do not enter your personal or account information on any unverified website.
4. If you receive any suspicious phone call, please record the information of the caller, e.g. name, relevant department and position, telephone number or email address etc, and contact the relevant institution to verify the identity of the caller. (Note: Please do not verify the identity of the caller only based on the caller display, or directly using the method provided by the caller.)
