Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and supervise the execution of corporate finance transactions,including IPOs, fund-raising, and financial advisory services;
2. Manage corporate finance transactions which include due diligence work,record keeping, internal compliance work and coordination and management of other professional parties on the transactions;
3. Act as a Responsible Officer, ensuring strict adherence to all relevant regulations;
Communicate with clients, professional parties and the regulators including the Stock Exchange and the SFC;
4. Cooperate with coverage team, sector teams and other departments to provide
support for marketing activities;
5. Provide guidance and support to junior team members, and enhance employees' understanding of the industry and regulatory policies through training;
6. Previous deal experience in TMT and/or healthcare industry is preferred.
Requirements:
1. Licensed as a Principal for Type 6 regulated activity under the SFC;
2. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree holders in Finance, Accounting, Law, Business or Economics from reputable universities;
3. Not less than 8 years of relevant corporate finance experience with proven track record of supervising / managing IPO deals;
4. Good analytical, quantitative and communication skills;
5. Excellent command of Mandarin Chinese and English.
