Following the government units (including the Hongkong Post) special work arrangement announced by the Government SAR recently (19 July 2020), the related paper statement delivery services may be affected. If the client fails to receive the paper statement on time, you may complete the "Change of Account Information Form" and submit to our Customer Service Department to change the statement delivery method to e-Statement.
