Due to COVID-19, our counter services is temporarily unavailable. However, during this difficult period of time, we continue to provide the physical shares certificate deposit and withdrawal services by Register post or Courier, information as follow:

1. Deposit, We encourage client to send the shares certificate by Registerd post or Courier services. Please also notify us by email CS@bocomgroup.com and provide the information (account number, account name, shares description , quantity and contact details). We will arrange call back or send email to your registered email address upon received.

2. Withdraw. Upon received your request of physical withdrawal, we shall process your request. We shall send the shares to you by registered post or courier. Please aware the above process will be delay and it will affect your processing time for registered shares  and book close of dividend (if any).

The above arrangement will take effect from today and until 31 July 2020.
