Notification of HKD-RMB Dual Counter Model

Reference is made to the circular issued by the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (“HKEX”) dated 19^th May 2023. The HKD-RMB Dual Counter Model has been launched on 19^th June 2023.

BOCOM International Securities Limited and BOCOM International Asset Management Limited (“we” or “BOCOM”) are pleased to announce that we will provide inter-counter dual counter securities trading starting from 27 July 2023.

The “ADDENDUM IN RELATION TO HKD-RMB DUAL COUNTER MODEL” will be effective from 27 July 2023 (the “Effective Date”). A copy of the “ADDENDUM IN RELATION TO HKD-RMB DUAL COUNTER MODEL” is available on our website:

Please note that the “ADDENDUM IN RELATION TO HKD-RMB DUAL COUNTER MODEL” shall be binding on you if you are using any of our inter-counter dual counter securities trading related services after the Effective Date.
